ZONIX is a company headquartered in Shandong, China. When we need to export your personal data to a country outside of your country of residence, we take organizational, security, contractual and legal measures to transfer your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These measures include our Controller Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) governing the transfer of personal data within the BONATECH group across different jurisdictions. This is an authority-approved transfer mechanism that is binding on all companies of ZONIX .

Likewise, when we use third-party service providers and their services involve the transfer of personal data outside your country of residence, we ensure that the third-party service providers have appropriate data transfer mechanisms, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to enable the transfer. How long we retain the collected data
